Our Start The Solitude Funds were formed by McLloyd K. Jensen who has 15 years of experience in research and institutional sales. In these roles, Mr. Jensen advised institutions in the U.S. and abroad on the allocation of assets to various investments, including hedged strategies in international markets. Solitude began investing capital November of 2002. The majority of the start-up capital came from the personal wealth of Mr. Jensen's former clients. Our Objective Solitude's objective is to achieve investment returns greater than the long-term common stock average. Solitude aims to achieve this objective by investing in diverse strategies that, when combined in a portfolio, may be less volatile and less correlated to general market indices. Currently, Solitude offers a fund of hedge funds product that is available to U.S and foreign investors. Our Guiding Principles Solitude follows four basic principles that guide all of our investment decisions and business activities: Integrity, Understanding, Expertise and Global Application. |
